Thank you for shopping with Sassy Shay Cosmetics. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. We will allow the exchange or a full refund for any UNOPENED item within the 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, Sassy Shay Cosmetics will send an email. Then we will either exchange the particular item or issue a full refund (This excludes shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected], and we will provide you with a return address.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Sassy Shay Cosmetics will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the same original packaging, and the condition they were received, or you may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected to ensure no damage based on return.
